At Boiswood, we are committed to providing you with quality products and reliable delivery. This policy outlines our standard processing, shipping, and delivery practices.
Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders received after 11 AM (EST) are processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 11 AM on a Friday or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Made-to-order and supplier-sourced products will follow the processing times indicated on the product page (e.g., Woodzco products: approximately 3–4 weeks).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Some restrictions apply for remote regions, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please contact us for specific delivery estimates.
Standard Delivery: Free shipping for qualifying orders over $250 CAD before taxes within Canada.
Large or Hard-to-Ship Products: Delivered by appointment and may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by location and product type.
For U.S. or international customers, any customs duties, import fees, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the buyer. Boiswood is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather, or other events beyond our control.
We aim for your complete satisfaction. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a return within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify, returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
