Returns & Refunds Policy

Read our Boiswood refund and return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received,
In their original packaging, and
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact info@boiswood.com before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Certain items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products (including engraved or made-to-order items),
Clearance or sale items,
Perishable or personal care products,
Gift cards,
Hazardous materials or flammable goods.
Custom or made-to-order products are final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and a shipping label with instructions.
A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns.
For defective or incorrect items, Boiswood covers return shipping costs.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable fees.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
